Section 26-1617 - Class B-RD license(a) There is a Class B-RD (revitalization district) license.(b)(1) The Board may issue the license to an applicant that: (i) is located and remains in: 1. a designated Maryland main street with a local management authority;2. a designated revitalization area; or3. an area with a revitalization plan that has been adopted locally;(ii) has gross sales: 1. that do not exceed $150,000 per year; and2. of which at least 80% are derived from the sale of food; and(iii) is primarily a restaurant at which customers are seated to eat.(2) The license authorizes the holder to sell liquor at retail for on-premises consumption in any premises licensed for Class B-RD sales.(c) The hours and days for sale are as provided in § 26-2005(h) of this title.(d) The Board shall determine the number of licenses to be issued.(e) The annual license fee is $725.Added by 2016 Md.
