Section 26-1602 - Licenses in Hyattsville(a) Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, in Hyattsville, the Board may issue a license only for: (3) liquor for consumption on the premises of a holder of a Class B license.(b)(1) The Board may approve the transfer of one Class B beer, wine, and liquor license with an off-sale privilege for use in Hyattsville.(2) The annual fee for a license transferred under paragraph (1) of this subsection is $1,500.Added by 2016 Md.
