Section 26-1409 - Application fee(a) The Board shall charge an application fee for a new license.(b) The application fee does not apply to the renewal or transfer of a license for the same premises.(c) The application fee is $300 and in addition to any other fee required for a license.(d) The application fee may not be refunded whether the license is issued or denied.(e) The Board shall use the application fee to cover its expenses.Added by 2016 Md.
