Section 25-301 - Definitions(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.(b) "Director" means the Director of the Services.(c) "Dispensary" means a store established and maintained by the Services for the sale of alcoholic beverages.(d) "Services" means the County Alcohol Beverage Services.Amended by 2019 Md.
