Section 25-2004 - Beer and wine licenses(a) A holder of a Class A beer and wine license may sell beer and wine Monday through Sunday, from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. the following day.(b) A holder of a Class B beer and wine license may sell beer and wine: (1) for on-premises consumption, on Monday through Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and(2) for off-premises consumption, on Monday through Sunday, from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. the following day.(c)(1) Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this subsection, a holder of a Class B-K beer and wine license may sell beer and wine on Monday through Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 1 a.m. the following day.(2) The license holder may not sell beer or wine after midnight if the licensed establishment is in a commercial area specified in § 25-1604(b)(1)(ii) 9 through 13 of this title.(d) A holder of a Class C beer and wine license may sell beer and wine on Monday through Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.(e) A holder of a Class D beer and wine license may sell beer and wine: (1) for on-premises consumption, on Monday through Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and(2) for off-premises consumption, on Monday through Sunday, from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. the following day.(f) A holder of a Class H beer and wine license may sell beer and wine for on-premises consumption on Monday through Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.Amended by 2020 Md.
