Section 25-1802 - Filing period for renewal application(a) To renew a license, a license holder annually shall file an application with the Board between February 1 and March 31, inclusive.(b) The Board may: (1) accept late applications during April; and(2) fine the license holder an amount not exceeding $50 for each day the application is late.Added by 2016 Md.
