Section 25-1611 - Regulations for periodic inspections(a) This section does not apply to a premises for which the Board issues a license under Subtitle 13 of this title.(b) The Board shall adopt regulations to require at least quarterly inspections of a licensed premises during the initial license year and periodic inspections thereafter.Added by 2018 Md.
