Section 24-902 - Class B beer, wine, and liquor license(a) There is a Class B beer, wine, and liquor license.(b) The Board may issue the license for use in a restaurant approved by the Board that is equipped with: (1) an indoor, outdoor, or combination indoor and outdoor dining area; and(2) facilities for preparing and serving meals to the public.(c) The annual license fee is $2,000.Amended by 2018 Md.
