Section 23-802 - Class B beer and light wine license(a) There is a Class B beer and light wine license.(b)(1) The Board may issue the license for use by a hotel or restaurant.(2) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer and light wine at a hotel or restaurant, at retail, at the place described in the license, for on- and off-premises consumption.(c) The annual license fee is $175.Added by 2016 Md.
