Section 23-2004 - Beer, wine, and liquor licenses(a) Except as otherwise provided by the Board:(1) a holder of a 6-day Class A beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine, and liquor on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and(2) a holder of a 7-day Class A beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine, and liquor on Monday through Sunday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.(b)(1) Except as otherwise provided by the Board and subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, a holder of a Class B beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine, and liquor on Monday through Sunday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.(2) The license holder may not sell beer, wine, or liquor at a bar or counter on Sunday.(c)(1) Except as otherwise provided by the Board and subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, a holder of a Class BLX (luxury restaurant) (on-sale) beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine, and liquor on Monday through Sunday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.(2) The license holder may not sell beer, wine, or liquor at a bar or counter on Sunday.(d)(1) Except as otherwise provided by the Board and subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, a holder of a Class C beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine, and liquor on Monday through Sunday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.(2) The license holder may not sell beer, wine, or liquor at a bar or counter on Sunday.(e) Except as otherwise provided by the Board:(1) a holder of a 6-day Class D beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine, and liquor on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and(2) a holder of a 7-day Class D beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine, and liquor Monday through Sunday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.Added by 2016 Md.
