Section 23-1704 - Hearing and notice requirements(a) On receipt of an application for a transfer of a license, the Board shall: (1) schedule a public hearing; and(2) post a notice of the hearing on the premises described in the application.(b) The notice required under subsection (a) of this section shall: (1) be posted by the inspector with the cooperation of the applicant; and(2) remain posted for at least 15 days before the hearing.Added by 2016 Md.
