Section 23-1006 - Racetrack license(a) There is a racetrack license.(b) The Board may issue the license to the owner of a regularly licensed racing establishment, whether an individual, an association of individuals, or a corporation.(c) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor at one or more locations on the premises of the license holder's racing park.(d) The license fee is $1,000 for each calendar year, payable to the County Director of Finance.Added by 2016 Md.
