Section 22-1003 - Golf course license
(a) There is a Class GC (golf course) beer, wine, and liquor license.
(b) The Board may issue the license to the owner or operator of a golf course that:
(1) is open to the public;
(2) is operated for profit; and
(3) has a minimum of 18 holes.
(c)
(1) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor for consumption on the land and in the buildings, including the clubhouse, used for golfing purposes.
(2) A patron need not be seated to be served.
(d) The license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor during the hours and days as set out for a Class C beer, wine, and liquor license under § 22-2004 of this title.
(e) The annual license fee is $3,500.
