Section 21-604 - Class D beer license(a) There is a Class D beer license.(b)(1) Subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, the license authorizes the license holder to sell beer at retail at the place described in the license for on- and off-premises consumption.(2) A license may not be issued for a drugstore.(c)(1) The annual license fees are:(i) $150 for a 6-day license; and(ii) $175 for a 7-day license.(2) The Board shall charge a one-time issuing fee for a new license in an amount equal to the annual license fee.Amended by 2017 Md.
