Section 21-1104.1 - Nonrefillable container permit - Draft beer(a) The Board may issue a refillable container permit for wine to a holder of a license that entitles the holder to sell wine for off-premises consumption.(b)(1) The annual permit fee is $75.(2) The Board shall charge a one-time issuing fee for a new permit in an amount equal to the annual permit fee.Added by 2020 Md.
