Section 20-2703 - Gifts to Board member or Board employee prohibited(a) A person engaged in the manufacture or sale of alcoholic beverages, an agent or employee of the person, and a license holder may not, directly or indirectly, offer or make a payment or gift to: (1) a member of the Board;(2) the chief alcoholic beverages inspector;(3) a full-time or part-time alcoholic beverages inspector; or(4) any other employee of the Board.(b) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $1,000.Added by 2016 Md.
