Section 20-1102 - Sales of collectible bottles of wine and liquor(a) This section applies to a holder of: (1) a Class C per diem beer and wine license; or(2) a Class C per diem beer, wine, and liquor license.(b) A license holder listed under subsection (a) of this section may sell collectible special anniversary or event bottles of wine or liquor for off-premises consumption on the days permitted by the license for the special anniversary or event.Added by 2016 Md.
