Section 20-1014 - Theatre license(a) There is a Class C (theater) beer and wine license.(b) The president and two other officers of the theater shall sign the application for the license.(c) The Board may issue a license for use by a theater with seating.(d) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer and wine for on-premises consumption from 1 hour before to 1 hour after: (1) a regular performance; or(2) a fund-raiser performance that benefits the theater.(e) The annual license fee is $100.Amended by 2022 Md.
