Section 19-803 - Class B beer and wine license(a) There is a Class B beer and wine license.(b)(1) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer and wine at a restaurant, at retail, at the place described in the license, for on-premises consumption.(2) A license issued on or before June 30, 2008, for on- and off-premises consumption, may be renewed but may not be transferred.(c) The annual license fee is $300.Renumbereded by 2017 Md.
