Section 19-2706 - Allowing individual under the age of 21 years to loiter on premises(a) A license holder may not allow an individual under the age of 21 years to loiter about the premises for which the license is issued.(b) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $100.Added by 2016 Md.
