Section 19-2003 - Class A wine license

A holder of a Class A wine license may sell wine:

(1) on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. the following day; and

(2) except as provided in § 19-2006 of this subtitle, on Sunday, from noon to midnight.
