Section 18-604 - Class D beer license(a) There is a Class D beer license.(b)(1) Subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, the license authorizes the license holder to sell beer at retail at the place described in the license for on- and off-premises consumption.(2) A license may not be issued for a drugstore.(c)(1) The annual license fee is $240.(2) In addition to the annual license fee, a license holder shall annually pay: (i) $200, if the license holder provides live entertainment; and(ii) $200, if the license holder provides outdoor table service.Added by 2016 Md.
