Section 18-2802 - Penalty imposed by Board(a)(1) Subject to subsection (b) of this section, the Board may impose a fine not exceeding $2,500 or suspend a license or both for a violation of a provision of this article that applies in the county.(2) The fine shall be imposed subject to § 10-1001 of the State Government Article.(b) Fines collected under this section shall be paid into the general fund of the county.Added by 2016 Md.
