Section 18-1409 - Application fee for new licenses(a) The Board shall charge an application fee for a new license that is: (1) $200, in addition to any other fee required for a license; and(2) nonrefundable, whether the application is approved or denied.(b) The Board shall use the application fee to pay its expenses to process the application.Added by 2016 Md.
