Section 18-1307 - Class D beer license(a) There is a Class D per diem beer license.(b)(1) The Board may issue the license for a religious, fraternal, civic, veterans', charitable, or hospital supporting organization.(2) Subject to any conditions the Board may impose, the license may be issued for a period not exceeding 10 consecutive days.(c) The license fee is $45.Added by 2016 Md.
