Section 17-1305 - Wine tasting (Class T) license(a) There is a wine tasting (Class T) license.(b) The license authorizes the holder to hold wine tasting parties and demonstrations.(c) The license shall be: (1) issued on a form that the Board requires; and(2) signed and sworn to by the applicant.(d)(1) The license issued may be issued to a person not more than four times in a calendar year.(2) The total number of days that the license is in effect may not exceed four in a calendar year.(e) The license fee is $25 per day.Added by 2016 Md.
