Section 17-101 - Definitions(a) In this title: (1) except as provided in subsections (d) and (e) of this section, the definitions in § 1-101 of this article apply without exception or variation; and(2) the following words have the meanings indicated.(b) "Board" means the Board of License Commissioners for Cecil County.(c) "County" means Cecil County.(d) The requirements relating to average daily receipts for a hotel under § 1-101 of this article are not applicable to a license issued in the county.(e) The requirements relating to average daily receipts for a restaurant under § 1-101 of this article are not applicable to a license issued in the county.Added by 2016 Md.
