Section 16-805 - Class D beer and wine license(a) There is a Class D beer and wine license.(b) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer and wine, at retail, at the place described in the license:(1) for on-premises consumption; and(2) for off-premises consumption at the discretion of the Board.(c) The license may not be issued for use by a drugstore.(d) The annual license fee is $250.Amended by 2019 Md.
