Section 16-2002 - Beer licenses(a) A holder of a Class A beer license may sell or provide beer on Monday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.(b) A holder of a Class B beer license may sell or provide beer on Monday through Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.(c) A holder of a Class C beer license may sell or provide beer on Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.(d) A holder of a Class D beer license may sell or provide beer on Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.Amended by 2020 Md.
