Section 16-202 - Membership(a) The County Commissioners shall appoint three members to the Board.(b)(1) The term of a regular member is 3 years.(2) The terms of the regular members are staggered as required by the terms provided for members of the Board on July 1, 2016.(c) The County Commissioners may remove a member for misconduct in office, incompetence, or willful neglect of duty.Added by 2016 Md.
