Section 15-904 - Class D beer, wine, and liquor licenses(a) There is: (1) a 6-day Class D beer, wine, and liquor license; and(2) a 7-day Class D beer, wine, and liquor license.(b) Each license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor at retail at the place described in the license for on-premises consumption.(c) The license may not be issued for use by a drugstore.(d) The annual license fee is:(1) $1,250 for a 6-day license; and(2) $1,600 for a 7-day license.Added by 2016 Md.
