Section 15-1704 - Criminal history records to be kept in sealed envelope(a) When considering a transfer of a license, the Board shall keep all criminal history records in a sealed envelope available only to the members of the Board and their designees.(b) The Board shall set and charge a fee to cover the cost of obtaining the applicant's fingerprints and the results of the State and national criminal history records check.Added by 2016 Md.
