Section 14-1506 - Additional bars and serving counters(a) The Board may authorize a license holder to install an additional bar or serving counter within a reasonable distance of the main building of the premises served by the license held by the license holder.(b) The Board shall determine what is a reasonable distance for an additional bar or serving counter.(c) An additional license is not required for an additional bar or serving counter.Added by 2016 Md.
