Section 14-1001 - Continuing care retirement community license(a) There is a continuing care retirement community license.(b) The Board may issue the license for use by a club that: (1) is composed of residents of a continuing care retirement community that has obtained a certificate of registration from the Department of Aging under Title 10, Subtitle 4 of the Human Services Article; and(2) has at least 50 members paying average dues of at least $5 per year per member.(c) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor at retail at the place described in the license to a member or a guest when accompanied by a member.(d) The license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor during the hours and days as set out for a Class C beer, wine, and liquor license under § 14-2004 of this title.(e) The annual license fee is $500.Added by 2016 Md.
