Section 12-2008 - Registration required(a) This section applies to an owner, an operator, or a manager of any premises open to the public or of a place of public accommodation where: (1) a form of entertainment is provided from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. on any day; and(2) alcoholic beverages are consumed at any hour of the day.(b) A person specified under subsection (a) of this section shall: (1) register with the fire department and the Department of Housing and Community Development; and(2) comply with all federal, State, and City building, fire, health, and zoning laws.Added by 2016 Md.
