Section 11-1902 - Employment of underage individuals(a) A holder of a Class A license may employ an individual at least 16 years old to stock alcoholic beverages.(b) An individual at least 18 years old may serve alcoholic beverages while acting as a server.(c) An individual under the age of 21 years may not act as a bartender or in any solely bar-related capacity.Added by 2016 Md.
