Section 11-1705 - Transfer restrictions(a) A license may not be transferred unless the license holder has actively engaged in the sale of alcoholic beverages as authorized by the license within 1 year before the date of application for transfer.(b) An attempted transfer of a dormant license not in accordance with this section is void.Added by 2016 Md.
