Section 11-1402 - Application not prima facie evidence of entitlement(a) An application for a license is not prima facie evidence that the applicant is entitled to the license.(b) The applicant has the burden of proof to show the Board that approval of the license is necessary to accommodate the public at the premises of the applicant.Added by 2016 Md.
