Section 10-201 - Mayor and City Council may constitute Board; power to delegate authority
The Mayor and the City Council may:
(1) constitute the Board of License Commissioners for the City; or(2) delegate all or part of the authority to regulate license holders to a subsidiary board that the Mayor and City Council establish.
