Section 4-705 - Postponement to avoid hardship(a) A local licensing board may postpone the expiration of a license that the local licensing board issues for an additional period to avoid hardship.(b) The additional period may not exceed 20 days.Added by 2016 Md. Laws, Ch. 41, Sec. 2, eff. 7/1/2016.
