Section 2-145 - [Effective Until 7/1/2024] Application for permit(a) An applicant for a direct wine shipper's permit shall: (1) submit to the Executive Director a completed application on a form that the Executive Director provides;(2) provide to the Executive Director a copy of the applicant's current license;(3) identify the wines manufactured by the applicant that the applicant intends to ship into the State; and(4) pay a fee of $200 for initial issuance of the direct wine shipper's permit.(b) The Executive Director shall issue a direct wine shipper's permit to each applicant who meets the requirements of this part for the permit.Amended by 2023 Md.
