Section 9.5-204 - Meetings; compensation; staff(a)(1) Until the Secretary adopts regulations in accordance with Subtitle 3 of this title, the Committee shall meet at least quarterly.(2) After the Secretary has adopted regulations in accordance with Subtitle 3 of this title, the Committee shall meet as needed.(b) A member of the Committee:(1) May not receive compensation as a member of the Committee; but(2) Is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.(c) The Department shall provide staff for the Committee.
