Section 8-8A-06 - Issuance of permit(a) The Department may issue a permit to an applicant that satisfies the requirements of this subtitle.(b) The Department may not issue a permit to an applicant if the Department determines that an applicant cannot utilize food processing residuals without: (1) Causing undue risk to: (ii) Public health, safety, or welfare; or (2) Otherwise violating this subtitle.
