Section 8-1101 - Definitions

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) "Food processing residuals" has the meaning stated in § 8-8A-01 of this title.

(c) "Hauling" means transporting, moving, and the land application of food processing residuals.
