Section 2-313.3 - Declawing(a) Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, a veterinary practitioner may not perform a declawing procedure on a cat.(b) A veterinary practitioner may perform a declawing procedure on a cat if the procedure is necessary for a therapeutic purpose.Added by 2022 Md.
