Section 10-1502 - Credits authorized
This subtitle authorizes credits for the production of:
(1) Ethanol that: (i) Satisfies the American Society for Testing and Materials Specifications D 4806-88; and(ii) Is denatured as specified in 27 C.F.R. Parts 20 and 21; and(2) Biodiesel that satisfies the American Society for Testing and Materials D 6751.
