Section 63-19-2210 (former Section 20-7-8705), the Interstate Compact on Juveniles, was repealed by 2006 Act No. 305, Section 2, upon the formation of the Interstate Compact for Juveniles. The Compact was formed on August 26, 2008, when it was adopted by the thirty-fifth state.
