Section 63-17-330 - Temporary order for support pending paternityThe court shall issue, upon motion of either party, a temporary order requiring the payment of child support pending an administrative or judicial determination of parentage if:
(1) the defendant has signed a verified voluntary acknowledgment of paternity which complies with the requirements of Section 63-17-60(A)(4);(2) the defendant has been determined pursuant to law to be the parent; or(3) there is other clear and convincing evidence that the defendant is the child's parent.2008 Act No. 361, Section 2.
