Section 59-53-1781 - DefinitionsAs used in this subarticle, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
(1) "Authority" means the Midlands Technical College Enterprise Campus Authority.(2) "Board" means the governing body of the authority.(3) "Commission" means the Midlands Technical College Commission.(4) "Enterprise Campus" means the real and personal property subject to the management and control of the authority. The Enterprise Campus may consist of one or more tracts or parcels of real property and none of the tracts or parcels has to be contiguous with other properties constituting the Enterprise Campus.2004 Act No. 200, Section 4, eff 4/26/2004.
