Section 59-2-110 - Disclaimer as to admission, continued enrollment, or graduation
This chapter is not a promise or guarantee that the beneficiary will be:
(a) admitted to any institution of higher learning;(b) allowed to continue enrollment at an institution of higher learning; or(c) graduated from an institution of higher learning.
